4/9-4/23

These pictures are going to be super out of order because I'm entirely too lazy to move them around!

Rami and I- Pajama Day at school!
Comic Sans is evil.  So evil, in fact, that I signed a pledge promising to consider other font options. :)
Here is the grading room at the Math & Science Team State Competition in San Antonio.  Being locked in here for 6 hours can make anyone go crazy!
A well-deserved night on the town!  At the Alamo after the competition with Staci and Rami.
My school does a fundraiser every year called Pennies for Patients for children with blood diseases.  Students bring all kinds of coinage to their classes so they don't have to work (that's part of the incentive).  Then, volunteers stay after school to count up all the dough!  This is only part of what we collected.  Grand total was well over $20K!!

Lots of cutting of small pieces of paper!
Moon phases in the Humanities building at the UTSA campus.
How fitting!  Beckendorff colored chips at Alamo Cafe!
We have an empty-glass-situation...
Torrential rains on my way to Cypress!
Best roomie ever!  She's my gecko hunter when they hide in my room...
The quarter-counting table for Pennies for Patients.
Glass art in San Antonio!  This thing was huge!
Staci said she wanted a piggy-back ride.  So Rob offers.  But Staci leaves him hanging.  So I hopped on! :)
Staci decided to take a picture of my "sparkle butt" jeans in the meantime. ;)
Talk about accuracy...
Lots of stacks!  Makes me super anxious...

4/3-4/8

SUPER delayed in posting this!  I only started writing it like a week ago!  ;)

While in Canton, MS for my Uncle T's funeral, we went to the Square.  This is the court house that sits in the middle.

Here's a part of the Square, and that's Mom crossing the street with flowers for Uncle T's grave.

We had a lot of down time while at the hotel, so I took that opportunity to do my taxes. :\
So many numbers and things I don't understand!!

Getting ready to boil the eggs for dying! :)

Go big, or go home!
I'm only somewhat hardcore about Easter egg dying...
Ruth Ann found an egg dying kit called "Molten Magic."  It required crayon shavings...

Then, you had to heat up the eggs so that when you put the crayon shavings on, they would melt!  It was kind of a science experiment. :)
The finished product!

My little knuckle-head. ;)
Mom and I ready for Easter Sunday service!
After church!

3/18-4/2

Well, I'd like to blame my iPhone Blogger app for keeping me from updating (and it is partly the case), but we all know it's not totally at fault. ;) Hey, all I'm saying is that it's April, and I'm still here! :)
My favorite flowers from my favorite guy. :)
Gahhh!! So glad my sweet friend Katie got in touch with me so we could meet up for lunch! I've missed her dearly, and yet we live so close to one another. [We must do this more often, ma'am! :)]
Katie knew of a place called Bowl in the Montrose area. What a cute place it was! The weather was so nice that we got to sit out on the patio.
I had a pistachio chicken salad sandwich. And, yes, it was a delicious as it looks.
In celebration of The Hunger Games premiere, one of my coworkers at school made these yummy (and very crafty-looking) cupcakes! She even printed out Mockingjay decorations!
Such a pleasant evening the other day... so I decided to sit on the patio and do some work. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes got the best of me. :\
I'm just too sweet I guess!
Ok, I promise I'm a dog person. But seriously? Who wouldn't think this is downright cute?!
On Saturday, Zach took me to Ragin' Cajun for crawfish! It was so much fun (and super yummy, too). :)

Next, we went to the Waterwall for photos. :)

Last stop... Crave Cupcakes! I had white chocolate macadamia nut and Zach had chocolate coconut. So good!

It's that time of year... GEOMETRY. :\

Pretty sunset! :)

No post would be complete without a picture of this cutie pie!
